It takes the technicality of ballet, dexterity of jazz and mentality of modern dance to create a style that continues to grow and popularize dance culture today.
Karley Kyle-Moffat has completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance at Simon Fraser University School for Contemporary Arts and studied in Canada’s National Ballet School’s Teacher Training Program. She has performed all over North America with Tropak Ukrainian Dance Theater. Karley completed her yoga teacher training in Greece from Semperviva Yoga College. As such, her dancing and choreography is infused with the spirit of yoga, and the techniques of ballet and contemporary dance.
Mariana Moraes is an emerging dance artist who is known for her classical and contemporary technique. Born in Belem/Pa Brazil, Mariana has been training and performing since the age of six, when she first fell in love with Ballet. She continued her training in Vancouver when invited to participate in the pre-professional dance program Lamondance, where she experienced many styles, and developed her creativity and passion for contemporary/modern dance. As a dancer, Mariana has had the opportunity to train and perform in the Vancouver dance scene as well as internationally in Brazil. Later on, as a dance instructor and choreographer, Mariana has had the opportunity of showing her work in many different competitions and got Awarded as a choreographer. Mariana continues to develop as an emerging dance artist and excited to share her experience and talent as a dancer, performer and dance instructor.
